6.1 高壓泵
無(wú)氣噴涂設(shè)備是利用壓縮空氣作動(dòng)力,通過(guò)高壓泵驅(qū)動(dòng)活塞作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。泵的上部為空氣缸,內(nèi)有壓縮空氣換向機(jī)構(gòu),使氣缸上下交替進(jìn)入壓縮空氣,活塞上、下運(yùn)動(dòng)帶動(dòng)高壓部分上、下運(yùn)動(dòng),使涂料吸入并排出一定壓力的涂料。氣動(dòng)型噴涂機(jī)一般標(biāo)有壓力比,比值一般為(30 ~ 65)∶1,即當(dāng)進(jìn)入泵氣缸內(nèi)的壓縮空氣壓力為1個(gè)大氣壓,涂料壓力就達(dá)到30 ~ 65個(gè)大氣壓(理論值)。
6.2 蓄壓器
蓄壓器主要是起涂料液壓穩(wěn)定作用。因柱塞往復(fù)泵在上下兩個(gè)死點(diǎn)時(shí)速度等于零,所以易產(chǎn)生壓力波動(dòng)。增設(shè)了蓄壓器,可減少涂料在噴涂時(shí)的壓力波動(dòng),提高噴涂質(zhì)量。蓄壓器結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡(jiǎn)單,上、下有兩個(gè)封頭,涂料從底部進(jìn)入,在進(jìn)口處有一滾珠單向閥。
6.3 過(guò)濾器
因?yàn)閲娮斓目缀苄?,稍有不潔就?huì)堵塞。因此,涂料的過(guò)濾尤為重要。無(wú)氣噴涂設(shè)備有兩個(gè)過(guò)濾器,一是裝在涂料吸入口的盤形過(guò)濾器,目的是除去涂料中的雜質(zhì)污物;第二個(gè)過(guò)濾器裝在蓄壓器與高壓軟管之間,其作用是濾清殘存在柱塞缸及蓄壓器內(nèi)的漆料。因?yàn)檫@些剩漆殘存時(shí)間稍長(zhǎng),就會(huì)起皮結(jié)塊,形成堵塞噴嘴的雜物。實(shí)踐證明,若在噴槍的進(jìn)漆處再裝一個(gè)小型的管狀過(guò)濾器,就可以確保噴嘴不被堵塞。過(guò)濾器的鉬絲須經(jīng)常清洗,以確保良好的噴漆效果。
6.4 高壓軟管
蓄壓器和噴槍之間用高壓軟管聯(lián)接。對(duì)高壓軟管的要求是:(1)應(yīng)選擇與涂料源相當(dāng)?shù)墓ぷ鲏毫Φ哪透邏很浌?,否則會(huì)不安全;(2)因?yàn)橥苛现泻屑妆健⒍妆降热軇?,故要選擇耐油、耐強(qiáng)溶劑的軟管,以保證其有一定的使用壽命;(3)輕便,柔軟,便于攜帶和操作。
6.5 噴槍
無(wú)氣噴槍由槍體、涂料噴嘴、過(guò)濾器(網(wǎng))、頂針扳機(jī)和密封墊連接部件等構(gòu)成。無(wú)氣噴槍與空氣噴槍不同,它只有涂料通道,而沒有壓縮空氣通道。由于涂料通道要承受高壓,故無(wú)氣噴槍需具有優(yōu)異的耐壓密封性,以防高壓涂料泄漏。同時(shí),槍體要輕巧,扳機(jī)啟閉靈敏,與高壓軟管連接處其轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)要靈活、操作要方便。
