微型電動貨車三維總布置設計與整車性能計算
摘要:隨著工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,環(huán)境污染日益嚴重,對新能源的最求和使用已然成為了未來發(fā)展的潮流。如今汽車已經(jīng)成為了人們出行的主要代步工具和交通運輸工具,就汽車行業(yè)來看,電動轎車已經(jīng)層出不窮,大街上已然比比皆是,但是電動貨車卻很少見。
本文研究主要通過了解已有的微型電動貨車車體構(gòu)造和部件工作原理根據(jù)整車性能目標,對主要零部件進行選型設計,包括微型電動貨車的車身造型設計 汽車車架設計、貨車車箱選型、輪胎與車輪選型、小貨車主要尺寸參數(shù)的計算、電動小貨車的車架設計、電動小貨車車箱設計、電動小貨車車輪設計、電動小貨車底盤的布置,并作必要的分析計算,用三維建模軟件建立三維造型設計,以達到最合理的設計配置,完成微型電動貨車車體結(jié)構(gòu)設計。

Abstract: With the rapid development of industry, the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, and the best use of new energy has become the trend of future development. Now the car has become the main means of transport for people to travel and transport, automobile industry, electric cars have already meet the eye everywhere on the street, emerge in an endless stream, but the electric vehicle is very rare, this study mainly through the understanding of the existing micro electric vehicle body structure and components according to the principle of vehicle performance target, selection of design of main design and calculation of components, including micro electric vehicle, frame, carriage, wheels, and make the necessary analysis and calculation, the establishment of three-dimensional modeling design with 3D modeling software, designed to achieve the most reasonable configuration, complete the design of micro electric vehicle structure.
