一臺(tái)螺旋鉆采煤機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)由一般設(shè)計(jì)和專題設(shè)計(jì)兩大部分組成,主要設(shè)計(jì)思想是以本機(jī)械專業(yè)知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ)的最優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
一般設(shè)計(jì)部分主要是對(duì)螺旋鉆采煤機(jī)的工作機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),本文所設(shè)計(jì)的ML280螺旋鉆采煤機(jī),首先通過對(duì)螺旋葉片的受力分析和鉆桿的輸送能力進(jìn)行的設(shè)計(jì),建立了以螺旋鉆桿輸送能力最佳為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的優(yōu)化模型,對(duì)螺旋鉆的參數(shù)化進(jìn)行的設(shè)計(jì),并且取得了非常好的效果,同時(shí)本文結(jié)合本機(jī)械專業(yè)知識(shí)和參考機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè),對(duì)鉆頭的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)齒輪和推進(jìn)液壓缸進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。
專題部分的設(shè)計(jì)著眼于對(duì)螺旋鉆頭的設(shè)計(jì),通過對(duì)煤層性質(zhì)的分析,以截煤理論和力學(xué)知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),建立了鉆頭的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)模型和動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,本專題主要是對(duì)截齒的干涉和螺旋鉆頭的截煤能力進(jìn)行研究,并建立以截割能耗最底為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的優(yōu)化模型,對(duì)截齒的布置進(jìn)行最優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),通過計(jì)算機(jī)MATLAB和LINGO編程求得截齒的布置參數(shù);同時(shí)在PRO/E軟件下對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了模擬,以觀察鉆頭的干涉情況。

ABSTRACT
This diploma winning design is contained two parts, one part is general designs and the other part is dissertation. The thought of my paper is optimum design what base on my major profession.
The general part is optimum design on the mainly work organization which drive the twist drills to cutting the coal, the shearder designed in this paper ML280. First through analysis the stress of the screw blade and the capability of the auger stem, setting up optimum model which objective is making the transportation capability maximizing, then can gained the parameter of the auger stem. This model has achieved excellent effect. This text combines the professional knowledge of mechanical engineering and the enchiridion of mechanical engineering designed drive wheel gear and the hydraulic pressure system.
The dissertation is focus on the auger bit studying, through analysis the character of coal seam, and base on the theory of excavate coal and dynamics, then establish the model which objective is making the cutting power cost minimizing, then compile the MATLAB and LINGO programs the resolve this problem, and get the parameter of the way of auger bits collocation. At the same time check the validity of by PRO/E software, in order to observed the auger bit interference status.
