圓盤(pán)喂料機(jī)圓盤(pán)給料機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)摘 要圓盤(pán)給料機(jī)亦稱(chēng)圓盤(pán)喂料機(jī),是一種連續(xù)喂料的容積式給料設(shè)備。以電動(dòng)機(jī)為原動(dòng)力,通過(guò)可變速式減速器的減速,輸出動(dòng)力,以鏈傳動(dòng)及蝸桿傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),將動(dòng)力傳輸?shù)焦ぷ鳈C(jī)構(gòu)——給料圓盤(pán),實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)給料。圓盤(pán)給料機(jī)是實(shí)現(xiàn)冶煉燒結(jié)系統(tǒng)高效自動(dòng)化的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,可用來(lái)喂給多種冶煉原料,并實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)定量的輸送。本文根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求制定了設(shè)計(jì)方案,對(duì)圓盤(pán)給料機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)其內(nèi)部主要零部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)、選擇和強(qiáng)度計(jì)算,內(nèi)容包括主電動(dòng)機(jī)功率的選擇,齒輪、鍵、聯(lián)軸器、軸承、鏈輪及蝸輪蝸桿的設(shè)計(jì)和校核,同時(shí)還闡述了潤(rùn)滑的方式、方法以及潤(rùn)滑劑的選擇等。本套圓盤(pán)給料機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)合理、成本低廉、且便于安裝和維護(hù),可廣泛應(yīng)用于鋼鐵、冶金、建材、化工、能源等行業(yè)。關(guān)鍵詞:圓盤(pán)給料機(jī);減速器;給料圓盤(pán)圓盤(pán)喂料機(jī)The Design of Disc Feeder AbstractDisc Feeder, is a continuous feed of the volume of feeder equipment. Driven by electric motors, variable speed through the speed reducer, the output power to chain drive and worm drive, will power transmission to the working body - the disc is expected to achieve continuous feeding. Disc feeder is key equipment to achieving smelting and sintered high-performance automation systems, can be used to feed a variety of metal materials, and to achieve the delivery of continuous quantitative. According to the design requirements, I make a development of design in this paper, design the institutions for the structural of disc feeder, and its main internal components for the design, selection and strength calculation, including the main electrical power of choice, gear, keys, coupling, bearing, sprocket and worm gear, also expounded the lubrication of the ways of selection and lubricants. This set of disc feeder has lots of advantages as reasonable structure, low cost and easy to install and maintain.
