摘 要：接觸環(huán)是應(yīng)用在飛機上的一種批量生產(chǎn)的中小型拉深件，它的成型工藝包括沖孔落料、彎曲、拉深、卷緣、切舌、校平整形等多個工序。要實現(xiàn)完整生產(chǎn)需要幾套模具，包括落料、沖孔、彎曲、切舌、拉深、卷緣等模具。通過查閱相關(guān)的文獻資料，對給定的零件進行工藝分析并按要求設(shè)計其中兩副模具，沖孔、落料復(fù)合模和彎曲模。
