1.1.1帶式輸送機(jī)的特點

(9)能耗低,效率高。由于運動部件自重輕,無效運量少,在所有連續(xù)式和非連續(xù)式運輸中,帶式輸送機(jī)耗能最低,效率最高;
(10)維修費少。帶式輸送機(jī)運動部件僅是滾筒和托輥,輸送帶又十分耐磨。相比之下,火車、汽車磨損部件要多的多,且更換磨損件也較為頻繁;

1.2帶式輸送機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展
帶式輸送機(jī)是煤礦最理想的高效連續(xù)運輸設(shè)備,與其他運輸設(shè)備相比,具有輸送距離長、運量大、連續(xù)運輸?shù)葍?yōu)點,而且運行可靠、易于實現(xiàn)自動化和集中化控制,尤其對高產(chǎn)高效礦井,帶式輸送已成為煤炭開采機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)與裝備的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,隨著我國高產(chǎn)高效礦井的出現(xiàn),原有的帶式輸送機(jī)無論是主參數(shù)還是運行性能都已不能滿足要求,必須向長距離、高帶速、大運量、大功率的大型化方向發(fā)展,并要改善和提高運行性能,確保安全可靠。
我國生產(chǎn)制造的帶式輸送機(jī)的品種,類型較多,在“八五”期間,通過國家一條龍“日產(chǎn)萬噸綜采設(shè)備”項目的實施,帶式輸送機(jī)的技術(shù)水平有了很大的提高,煤礦井下用大功率、長距離帶式輸送機(jī)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)都取得了很大的進(jìn)步。如大傾角長距離帶式輸送機(jī)成套設(shè)備,高產(chǎn)高效工作面順槽可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)等均填補了國內(nèi)空白,并對帶式輸送機(jī)的減低關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及其主要元部件進(jìn)行了理論研究和產(chǎn)品開發(fā),研制成功了多種軟起動和制動裝置以及以PLC為核心的可編程電控裝置,驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)采用調(diào)速型液力耦合器和行星齒輪減速器。
煤礦帶式輸送機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢:
設(shè)備大型化,提高運輸能力;為了適應(yīng)高產(chǎn)高效集約化生產(chǎn)的需要,帶式輸送機(jī)的輸送能力需要加大,長距離、高帶速、大運量、大功率是今后發(fā)展的必然趨勢,也是高產(chǎn)高效礦井運輸技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向,在今后的10a內(nèi)輸送量要提高到3000~4000t/h,帶速提高到4~6m/s,輸送長度對于可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)要達(dá)到3000m。對于鋼繩芯強(qiáng)力帶式輸送機(jī)需加長至5000m以上,單機(jī)驅(qū)動功率要求達(dá)到1000~1500KW,輸送帶抗拉強(qiáng)度要達(dá)到6000N/ mm(鋼繩芯)和2500N/mm(鋼繩芯)。尤其是煤礦井下順槽可伸縮輸送技術(shù)的發(fā)展,隨著高產(chǎn)高效工作面的出現(xiàn)及煤炭科技的不斷發(fā)展,原有的可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī),無論是主參數(shù),還是運行性能都難以適應(yīng)高產(chǎn)高效工作面的要求,煤礦現(xiàn)場急需主參數(shù)更大,技術(shù)更先進(jìn),性能更可靠的長距離、大運量、大功率順槽可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī),以提高我國帶式輸送機(jī)技術(shù)的設(shè)計水平,填補國內(nèi)空白,接近并趕上國際先進(jìn)工業(yè)國的技術(shù)水平。其包含7個方面的關(guān)鍵技術(shù): (1)帶式輸送機(jī)動態(tài)分析與監(jiān)控技術(shù);(2)軟起動與功率平衡技術(shù);(3)中間驅(qū)動技術(shù);(4)自動張緊技術(shù);(5)新型高壽命高速托輥技術(shù);(6)快速自移機(jī)尾技術(shù);(7)高速儲帶技術(shù)。

1、課題意義
工件步進(jìn)輸送機(jī)用于間歇地輸送工件,到達(dá)預(yù)定位置。傳統(tǒng)輸送機(jī)通過電動機(jī)采用普通減速器多級變速實現(xiàn),傳動裝置結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸大。為了使裝置結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,傳動效率高,本文完成了采用行星減速器為傳動系的步進(jìn)輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計與研究。
本文對工件步進(jìn)輸送機(jī)的研究要點如下:
(1) 介紹了現(xiàn)有工件輸送機(jī)的類型、發(fā)展趨勢和研究本課題的目的、意義,分析了輸送機(jī)國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。
(2) 在完成對工作機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計、確定電動機(jī)的類型的情況下,建立了兩種傳動系減速方案,通過方案對比,擇優(yōu)選擇出采用行星齒輪減速器的步進(jìn)輸送機(jī)傳動方案,并對此方案的可行性進(jìn)行了分析。
(3) 進(jìn)行了工件步進(jìn)輸送機(jī)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,重點設(shè)計了行星齒輪減速器總體及部分零件的結(jié)構(gòu),并詳細(xì)繪制了關(guān)鍵零件的工作圖。

隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,我國傳送裝置制造行業(yè)有了長足的進(jìn)步。傳送裝置的成套性,自動化程度,定位精度和整體質(zhì)量都明顯提高,其應(yīng)用范圍正逐步擴(kuò)大。輸送機(jī)是在一定線路上連續(xù)輸送物料的物料搬運機(jī)械,又稱連續(xù)輸送機(jī)。它可進(jìn)行水平、傾斜和垂直輸送,也可組成空間輸送線路,輸送線路一般是固定的。輸送機(jī)輸送能力達(dá),運距長,還可在輸送過程中同時完成若干工藝操作,所以應(yīng)用十分廣泛。工件步進(jìn)輸送機(jī)用于間歇地輸送工件,到達(dá)預(yù)定位置。

3、國內(nèi)輸送機(jī)狀況
一 輸送機(jī)一般按有無牽引件來進(jìn)行分類:
(1)具有牽引件的輸送機(jī)一般包括牽引件、承載構(gòu)件、驅(qū)動裝置、張緊裝置、改向裝置和支承件等。牽引件用以傳遞牽引力,可采用輸送帶、牽引鏈或鋼絲繩; 承載構(gòu)件用以承放物料,有料斗、托架或吊具等;驅(qū)動裝置給輸送機(jī)以動力,一般由電動機(jī)、減速器和制動器(停止器)等組成;張緊裝置一般有螺桿式和重錘式兩種,可使?fàn)恳3忠欢ǖ膹埩痛苟龋员WC輸送機(jī)正常運轉(zhuǎn);支承件用以承托牽引件或承載構(gòu)件,可采用托輥、滾輪等。
具有牽引件的輸送機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點是:被運送物料裝在與牽引件連結(jié)在一起的承載構(gòu)件內(nèi),或直接裝在牽引件(如輸送帶)上,牽引件繞過各滾筒或鏈輪首尾相連,形成包括運送物料的有載分支和不運送物料的無載分支的閉合環(huán)路,利用牽引件的連續(xù)運動輸送物料。

(2)沒有牽引件的輸送機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成各不相同, 用來輸送物料的工作構(gòu)件亦不相同。它們的結(jié)構(gòu)特點是:利用工作構(gòu)件的旋轉(zhuǎn)運動或往復(fù)運動,或利用介質(zhì)在管 道中的流動使物料向前輸送。例如,輥子輸送機(jī)的工作構(gòu)件為一系列輥子,輥子 作旋轉(zhuǎn)運動以輸送物料;螺旋輸送機(jī)的工作構(gòu)件為螺旋,螺旋在料槽中作旋轉(zhuǎn)運 動以沿料槽推送物料;振動輸送機(jī)的工作構(gòu)件為料槽,料槽作往復(fù)運動以輸送置 于其中的物料等。

(1)帶式輸送機(jī)由驅(qū)動裝置拉緊裝置輸送帶中部構(gòu)架和托輥組成輸送帶作為牽引和承載構(gòu)件,借以連續(xù)輸送散碎物料或成件品。帶式輸送機(jī)是一種摩擦驅(qū)動以連續(xù)方式運輸物料的機(jī)械。應(yīng)用它,可以將物料在一定的輸送線上,從最初的供料點到最終的卸料點間形成一種物料的輸送流程。它既可以進(jìn)行碎散物料的輸送,也可以進(jìn)行成件物品的輸送。除進(jìn)行純粹的物料輸送外,還可以與各工業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程中的工藝過程的要求相配合,形成有 節(jié)奏的流水作業(yè)運輸線。所以帶式輸送機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代化的各種工業(yè)企業(yè)中。 在礦山的井下巷道、礦井地面運輸系統(tǒng)、露天采礦場及選礦廠中,廣泛應(yīng)用帶式輸送機(jī)。它用于水平運輸或傾斜運輸。
(2)螺旋輸送機(jī)俗稱絞龍,適用于顆?;蚍蹱钗锪系乃捷斔?,傾斜輸送,垂直輸送等形式。輸送距離根據(jù)畸形不同而不同,一般從2米到70米[1]。 輸送原理:旋轉(zhuǎn)的螺旋葉片將物料推移而進(jìn)行螺旋輸送機(jī)輸送。使物料不與 螺旋輸送機(jī)葉片一起旋轉(zhuǎn)的力是物料自身重量和螺旋輸送機(jī)機(jī)殼對物料的摩擦阻力。結(jié)構(gòu)特點:螺旋輸送機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸上焊有螺旋葉片,葉片的面型根據(jù)輸送物料的不同有實體面型、帶式面型、葉片面型等型式。螺旋輸送機(jī)的螺旋軸在物料運動 方向的終端有止推軸承以隨物料給螺旋的軸向反力,在機(jī)長較長時,應(yīng)加中間吊掛軸承。雙螺旋輸送機(jī)就是有兩根分別焊有旋轉(zhuǎn)葉片的旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的螺旋輸送機(jī)。說白了,就是把兩個螺旋輸送機(jī)有機(jī)的結(jié)合在一起,組成一臺螺旋輸送機(jī)。 螺旋輸送機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的旋向,決定了物料的輸送方向,但一般螺旋輸送機(jī)在設(shè)計時都是按照單項輸送來設(shè)計旋轉(zhuǎn)葉片的。當(dāng)反向輸送時,會大大降低輸送機(jī)的 使用壽命。
(3)斗式提升機(jī) 利用均勻固接于無端牽引構(gòu)件上的一系列料斗,豎向提升物料的連續(xù)輸送機(jī)械。斗式提升機(jī)具有輸送量大,提升高度高,運行平穩(wěn)可靠,壽命長顯著優(yōu)點,本提升機(jī)適于輸送粉狀,粒狀及小塊狀的無磨琢性及磨琢性小的物料,如:煤、 水泥、石塊、砂、粘土、礦石等,由于提升機(jī)的牽引機(jī)構(gòu)是環(huán)行鏈條,因此允許輸送溫度較高的材料(物料溫度不超過250℃)。一般輸送高度最高可達(dá)40米。
二、課題預(yù)期目標(biāo)及主要工作(設(shè)計思想、擬采用的方法及手段)
通過對研究本課題,不僅可以使我對工件輸送機(jī)總體結(jié)構(gòu)有宏觀把握,而且對行星傳動減速器有了深入的了解,掌握其工作原理,提高自己對機(jī)械設(shè)計的了解,在設(shè)計的過程中我肯定會遇到大量的問題。如減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)問題,中間的大量的數(shù)據(jù)計算,不過我會通過查閱資料或詢問老師來解決,提高自己解決困難的能力。而且了解其優(yōu)點,在自己的設(shè)計工作中充分地發(fā)揮其優(yōu)點,把其缺點降低到最低的限度,從而設(shè)計出性能優(yōu)良的行星齒輪傳動裝置。這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計一定會對我今后的學(xué)習(xí)工作起到巨大的作用。
三、預(yù)計設(shè)計過程中可能遇到的問題以及解決的方法和措施
1、設(shè)計過程中可能出現(xiàn)支架的剛度不足問題,我們會采取還剛度更好些的鋼材。
2、折疊方案問題,我們會采取用最簡單的方案做出同樣的效果。如螺栓定位折疊法
3、傾斜角度問題,采取的方案太多,但是從經(jīng)濟(jì)適用省力角度選擇一種。如絞磨鋼絲繩組合調(diào)角度。
4、電機(jī)放置方案,是采用放在機(jī)架上還是放在箱體上。
