摘 要: 根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū)的要求，本設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)針對(duì)球面蝸桿專(zhuān)用數(shù)控機(jī)床的加工及控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明。主要內(nèi)容包括三種球面蝸桿傳動(dòng)原理和加工特點(diǎn)，球面蝸桿專(zhuān)用數(shù)控機(jī)床的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)及控制系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案，進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的電路設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract: According to the requirement of the design,this design aims at the machining of Arc-worm numerical control machine and the control system. The main contents include the transmission theory and machining characteristic of three kinds of Arc-worm ,the blue print of the engine configuration of Arc-worm numerical control machine and control system, the design of the feed system’s transmission theory and the circuit design of numerical control system.
