摘要:
本文分為兩大部分, 第一部分是機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì), 內(nèi)容包括塑料注塑模具的工作原理及應(yīng)用, 設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則以及產(chǎn)品的見(jiàn)解. 塑料注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算, 包括模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì), 注射機(jī)的選用, 澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)等方面. 第二部分是介紹CAD/CAM在模具上的應(yīng)用, 包括CAXA制造工程師, ＣＡＸＡ實(shí)體設(shè)計(jì)，ＡutoCAD.

Abstract:
In this paper, it is divided into two parts. The fist part is about the design of the structure of the mould. It is including the working theory and application of a plastic injection mold, the design princible, and the introducing of production. The design calculation of the plastic mold is including the disign of the mold,the selecting og plastic injection mold machine, and the pour system disigb etc. The second part is about the application of the CAD/CAM in plastic injection mold. It include the software of CAXA AutoCAD and so on.
