摘 要
機(jī)械式輸電線除冰技術(shù)是利用傳統(tǒng)的工具通過機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動方式達(dá)到輸電線除冰的目的。由于機(jī)械式輸電線除冰技術(shù)除冰效率高,操作簡單,因此受到很多國家的重視,在國內(nèi)也引起了極高的重視,尤其是各大院校和科研院所。本文從輸電線覆冰原理及其危害綜合說明了輸電線覆冰對人們生產(chǎn)生活的影響,提出了一種新的輸電線除冰解決方案。研發(fā)一款新式輸電線除冰機(jī)。
本輸電線除冰機(jī)主要由4部分組成,行走部分和除冰部分。行走部分主要通過齒輪傳動機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn),除冰部分通過對滾刀具實(shí)現(xiàn)除冰。
