摘 要
隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展，人們對(duì)貨車(chē)的使用越來(lái)越頻繁，3噸小貨車(chē)的商用價(jià)值決定了它的市場(chǎng)定位和設(shè)計(jì)成本，所以設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)和懸架設(shè)計(jì)是汽車(chē)設(shè)計(jì)中的一個(gè)非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)。本次設(shè)計(jì)在參考同類(lèi)車(chē)型的基礎(chǔ)上，按照汽車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)和懸架的設(shè)計(jì)方法，注重其實(shí)用功能，同時(shí)合理降低制造成本。先選擇了轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)和懸架結(jié)構(gòu)形式，根據(jù)所給貨車(chē)的使用的具體情況， 結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)要求，確定轉(zhuǎn)向角度﹑轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑﹑轉(zhuǎn)向的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及轉(zhuǎn)向裝置各部分的結(jié)構(gòu)和強(qiáng)度計(jì)算。懸架的結(jié)構(gòu)形式﹑主要參數(shù)﹑導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)﹑減振器和鋼板彈簧﹑橫向穩(wěn)定桿設(shè)計(jì)。使轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)和懸架滿(mǎn)足貨車(chē)的使用性能。
本次使轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)和懸架的設(shè)計(jì)再兼顧動(dòng)力性和燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性的基礎(chǔ)上合理地選擇了結(jié)構(gòu)形式，使尺寸合理，便于安裝布置。而且可以用于其它車(chē)型，具有很廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。

Suspension and steering system design of the automobile design, a very important component.
