摘要:本次設(shè)計(jì)的是一個(gè)換熱面積為100m2的合成氨廢熱鍋爐,論文首先介紹了廢熱鍋爐的計(jì)算概述、廢熱鍋爐的選型和鋼材的選取,以及介紹有關(guān)鍋爐的制造工藝。設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)是進(jìn)行主要受壓元件的強(qiáng)度計(jì)算和厚度選擇,詳細(xì)論述具體的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,并且對(duì)主要受壓元件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度校核。設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)主要包括筒體、封頭的設(shè)計(jì)、汽包、支座、平蓋、管板和法蘭的設(shè)計(jì)等等,設(shè)計(jì)的難點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)在優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和強(qiáng)度計(jì)算上。

Abstract:The design for a heat transfer area of 100m2 of ammonia waste heat boiler.The article firstly describes the computing overview of the waste heat boiler,waste heat boiler type selection and the choice of steel.And introduced the boiler manufacturing process.The focus of the design was the strength calculation and thickness selection of major pressure components,detailed description of design steps.And check strength of the main components of the compression.The focus of the design were mainly cylinder and head of design ,drum,support,top,tube plate and flange design and so on .Difficulties in the design embodied in the optimization of design and strength calculation .
