摘要:隨著公路交通事業(yè)的發(fā)展,以大型銑刨機(jī)為主要設(shè)備的機(jī)械化養(yǎng)護(hù)作業(yè)方式已經(jīng)在我國廣泛采用。目前我國大型銑刨機(jī)提升機(jī)構(gòu)一般都采用后輪獨立液壓驅(qū)動,而路面的損壞程度、銑削層的深度以及刀具的情況等都會對提升機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生影響。
提升機(jī)構(gòu)作為支撐機(jī)器的裝置及銑刨深度的直接影響因素已經(jīng)顯得越來越重要,如何進(jìn)一步提高提升機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)越性及可靠性從而優(yōu)化銑刨深度無級調(diào)解,切深精度更精確,提高銑刨質(zhì)量,已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)外機(jī)械公司及專家的研究熱點方向之一。為了提高銑刨機(jī)的使用性能及工作可靠性,保證銑刨機(jī)具有較高的生產(chǎn)效率和作業(yè)質(zhì)量。本文對2m銑刨機(jī)的提升機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究。
在對2m銑刨機(jī)國內(nèi)外技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇符合本設(shè)計要求的液壓齒輪馬達(dá),并根據(jù)該馬達(dá)自帶的相關(guān)參數(shù),計算出輸出功率=9.289kW;根據(jù)我國路面銑刨作業(yè)的具體要求,選擇絲杠絲母,并設(shè)定相關(guān)參數(shù),選擇具體型號的絲杠絲母并驗算;根據(jù)傳動比60及設(shè)計的具體情況,選擇蝸桿減速器,并進(jìn)行設(shè)計計算及校核計算,減速器中心距a=200mm,模數(shù)m=5,蝸桿分度圓直徑=90mm;聯(lián)軸器及其他相關(guān)連接以及諸如機(jī)械的潤滑等問題也按設(shè)計的順序進(jìn)行;根據(jù)計算所得的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行裝配圖及零件圖的制作
