沙石振動篩的設(shè)計
摘要 十六大明確提出，我國在新世紀(jì)頭20年經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的主要任務(wù)之一，是基本實現(xiàn)工業(yè)化，并鄭重提出“走新型工業(yè)化道路”?？墒窃谖沂〈蠖鄶?shù)沙石材料廠的沙石篩選過程還是走著最原始的人工運作，工具簡單，勞動強度大的老路。本設(shè)計正是我們在了解了家鄉(xiāng)大部分沙石場的實際情況后，運用我們所學(xué)知識為家鄉(xiāng)的中小規(guī)模的沙石場設(shè)計的一種篩分砂石的振動篩。
本設(shè)計的振動篩為自同步雙振動電機(jī)驅(qū)動的，其特點是結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、安裝方便、成本低、容易操作及維護(hù)等。其篩箱為板梁鉚焊組合結(jié)構(gòu)，由主副側(cè)板、管梁、入料擋板、出料板、篩板等組成，側(cè)板選用低合金壓力容器鋼板，強度高、可焊性好，周邊折彎，并在振動方向及沿縱向連接多根角鋼，使側(cè)板剛度大大增強，有利于強度的提高和噪音的降低。管梁由法蘭盤、無縫鋼管、加強槽鋼等組成，重量輕、強度大，便于制造安裝，具有互換性。加強槽鋼上有T形孔，使用T形螺栓，便于篩板的安裝維護(hù)，消除U形螺栓對管梁的磨損。工作原理：兩臺振動電機(jī)的型號相同，可以產(chǎn)生一種組合的直線振動。這種振動可以使輸送槽體中的物料運動，并與篩面發(fā)生碰撞，使小于篩孔的物料透過，從而實現(xiàn)物料的幾何分級，實現(xiàn)篩分?？傮w方案為：采用普通篩分法，振動形式為共振，運動軌跡為直線運動，激振方式為慣性式，隔振方式為一級隔振，隔振彈簧為金屬螺旋式隔振彈簧。
