I摘 要立式柱塞泵是鉆機及勘探工程中的重要配套設(shè)備,研制耐用、高效率的現(xiàn)代柱塞泵,是提高我國地質(zhì)技術(shù)水平的重要內(nèi)容之一。本項目的研究,對于我國地質(zhì)鉆探技術(shù)有重要的意義。柱塞泵的作用就是向所鉆的孔中輸送具有一定壓力和流量的沖洗液以達到攜帶孔內(nèi)巖屑返回地表,冷卻鉆頭,減少鉆具與孔壁的摩擦等,用來為探測地下資源做貢獻,地下資源豐富,特別是礦產(chǎn)資源,開采這些豐富的地下資源,離不了的便是鉆探設(shè)備,更是離不開柱塞泵。由此可見,柱塞泵便是起著舉足輕重的作用。本次設(shè)計的泵是在 TBW-75/2 型泥漿泵的基礎(chǔ)之上進行了一定的改進設(shè)計,在生產(chǎn)工藝上在原來的基礎(chǔ)之上也進行了部分工序的調(diào)整,節(jié)省了工序時間。關(guān)鍵字: 勘探工程 沖洗液 柱塞泵IIAbstractThe mud pump is drill the machine and to explore engineering in of important kit equipments, develop enduring, high-efficiency modern mud pump is one of the important contentses of the exaltation our country geology technique level. The function of the mud pump be to drill of transport to have the certain pressure and discharge to flush a liquid in the bore with attain to take the rock scraps inside the bore to return an earth's surface, cool off auger, reduce to drill to have with the bore wall of friction etc., use in order to probe into an underground resources to do contribution, the underground resources is abundant, especially the mineral resources, mine these underground resourceses for enrich, can't leave of would be to drill to explore an equipments, can not get away from a mud pump more. Be showed from this, the mud pump woulds be a prominent function.
