Learners collect objects and talk about what belongs to whom 3. Learners in groups play a miming game to guess what others are doing 4. Learners act as a boss or a secretary in a role-play and talk about what the staff members are doing in the office 5. Learners prepare a slide show and write about where people are in school and what people are doing Teaching Focus: Using predictive adjectives to describe objects and nouns to identify object Asking ‘wh’ questions to find out specific information about a person Using demonstratives to refer to objects Asking ‘wh’ questions too find out which person sth belongs to E.g. whose pens are these? Using the present continuous tense to describe an action at the time of speaking. E.g. what are you doing? I’m drawing. Asking ‘wh’ questions to find out the place. E.g. where are Peter and Betty? Using the present continuous tense to describe an action taking place at the time of speaking. E.g. what’s he doing? Teaching Time: 4 periods 4th lesson Teaching Contents:P5 Teaching Aims: Learners prepare a slide show and write about where people are in school and what people are doing Language focus: Asking ‘wh’ questions to find out the place. (不在教室里) Ⅱ While-task procedure: Look at the pictures and answer the questions: Where’s Danny? He is in the playground. What’s he doing? He is playing. Where’s kitty? She is in the hall. His /Her name is… b. He / She is a girl/… c. He /She looks... d. He/She is about … years old. 通過老師與學(xué)生問答,做替換練習(xí)來完成四個句型的操練。如老師問A“What’s your name?” A答: My name is ….老師問全班:What’s his /her name? 全班答:His /Her name is … 老師拿出一張自己的照片,給同學(xué)們做個示范,描述自己的家人。(用以上四句話)學(xué)生用三分鐘給同桌描述自己的家人。 2.呈現(xiàn)新知識點 1)利用投影儀復(fù)習(xí)一遍動詞短語 do housework, skip, have breakfast, sing, garden, watch TV, run 2)老師讓幾個學(xué)生依次上來做老師指定的動作,學(xué)生說動詞短語,學(xué)生認(rèn)真聽老師的句子。She is doing housework... She is skipping ,(板書)等等。老師在動詞下方劃線。 3)學(xué)生總結(jié)規(guī)律。多了ing 老師問:ing 是什么東西呀?這些句子表示什么? (老師給兩分鐘同學(xué)們討論)最后,老師總結(jié)。這些句子用來表示現(xiàn)在正在進(jìn)行的動作。基本結(jié)構(gòu)是be+動詞ing形式。如:is是 be, do 是動詞 .他們就像三個好朋友不分離,少了一個就出問題?;蛘呤前职?,媽媽和你不分離,少了一個就出問題。 4)學(xué)生讀單詞:do doing, skipskipping, havehaving, singsinging, garden- gardening, watchwatching, runrunning 5)學(xué)生玩游戲:以組為單位進(jìn)行比賽。左邊一列的同學(xué)說動詞原型,右邊一列同學(xué)說ing形式,看哪組最快,配合地最好,第一名每位同學(xué)加兩顆星,第二名每位同學(xué)加一顆星。 6)老師出示圖片,全班說句子。老師做示范。 7)游戲:學(xué)生做動作,學(xué)生猜What is he /she doing?
