摘 要隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,數(shù)控機(jī)床已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國家機(jī)械制造工業(yè)水平的重要標(biāo)志。數(shù)控化技術(shù)涉及機(jī)械、電子、以及控制等多門學(xué)科,是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)最主要的基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)和核心技術(shù)之一,是衡量一個(gè)國家機(jī)械裝備發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志。雖然這門學(xué)科還正處于發(fā)展階段,許多理論還處于研究和完善階段,但是它代表著機(jī)械工業(yè)技術(shù)革命的前沿方向,是綜合國力的又一具體體現(xiàn)。因此,我們應(yīng)該重視該學(xué)科的研究,并大力發(fā)展這門學(xué)科,逐漸縮小與日美等發(fā)達(dá)國家的差距。數(shù)控車床的進(jìn)給傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)一般均采用進(jìn)給伺服系統(tǒng)。這也是數(shù)控車床區(qū)別于普通車床的一個(gè)特殊部分。提高伺服系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)性能和可靠性,對(duì)于數(shù)控機(jī)床具有重大意義,研究與開發(fā)高性能的伺服系統(tǒng)一直是現(xiàn)代數(shù)控機(jī)床的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。本次設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì) CK6140 車床的進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),此設(shè)計(jì)主要是結(jié)合國內(nèi)的具體國情,針對(duì)于廣大的用戶所設(shè)計(jì)的。遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)比不上那些外國的設(shè)備所達(dá)到的精度。當(dāng)然,時(shí)代在發(fā)展,隨著我國的正和國力迅速攀升,在不久的將來那些精度要求比較高的數(shù)控設(shè)備一定出現(xiàn)在中國的大部分企業(yè)中。關(guān)鍵字: 發(fā)展趨勢 數(shù)控車床 進(jìn)給伺服系統(tǒng) 滾珠絲桿 AbstractAlong with the science technical fast fierce development, number's controling tool machine has already become the important marking which measures a national machine manufacture industry level.
