摘 要MGTY400/900-3.3D 型采煤機是一種電牽引大功率采煤機,該機機身矮,裝機功率大,采用大角度彎搖臂設(shè)計,加大了過煤空間,提高了裝煤效果,機械傳動都是直齒傳動,傳動效率高,容易安裝和維護。本次設(shè)計以 MGTY400/900-3.3D 型電牽引型采煤機截割部為設(shè)計對象,采煤機截割部主要是由四級齒輪傳動組成,電動機輸出的動力經(jīng)由兩級直齒圓柱齒輪和雙級行星輪系的傳動,最后驅(qū)動滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)。設(shè)計任務(wù)有:一初步確定設(shè)計方案;二是通過查找有關(guān)資料及設(shè)計手冊設(shè)計計算截割部的傳動系統(tǒng)。在設(shè)計過程中,對截割部的軸、傳動齒輪、軸承和聯(lián)接用的花鍵等部件進行了設(shè)計計算、強度校核和選用。同時在計算過程中我們應(yīng)該正確應(yīng)用設(shè)計手冊,認真計算每個過程的具體數(shù)據(jù),確保設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)的準確率,達到設(shè)計所要求的目的。關(guān)鍵字:采煤機 截割部 減速器 行星輪 齒輪iAbstractMGTY400/900-3.3D Shearer is a high-power electric traction shearer with a short body and strong power. And it was designed with a wide-angle rocker arm, so that the space to deliver the coal was expanded, and the coal loading speed was efficiently improved. Mechanical transmission is a straight transmission with high transmission efficiency, easy to install and maintain.This research takes the cutting unit of MGTY400/900-3.3D type electric traction shearer as the design object. The cutting unit is mainly composed of four - stage of gear transmission. The motor’s output power passes through two-stage of spur gears transmission and two-stage planetary gear train transmission, finally, rotates the drive rollers .The targets of the research: first, determine the basic design scheme. Second, design the transmission system of the cutting part by looking up some relevant information. In the process, we will design, choose and check the parts of shearer ,such as axle,transmission gears, bearings, the spline and so on.
