摘要
包裝機械在包裝工業(yè)中的地位十分重要，對包裝工業(yè)現代化具有舉足輕重的地位，它可以提高生產率，改善生產環(huán)境，降低生產成本，提高商品檔次，增加附加值，從而增強商品的市場競爭力，帶來更大的社會效益和經濟效益。
隨著科學技術的不斷發(fā)展，各種食品不斷出現，對食品包裝技術和設備都提出了新的要求，本設計針對盒裝餅干商標紙裹包機的總體方案和傳動體統(tǒng)的設計，提出一種實用、簡單和可靠的傳動系統(tǒng)，在原有的基礎上將速度、包裝質量大大提高。出去復雜、多余的傳動部件，將原有的傳動系統(tǒng)簡化，用單一電動機帶動，私服電機控制送紙輥的動停時間和輸送速度，從而提交傳動效率，節(jié)約制造和生產成本。盡可能將執(zhí)行部件集中在一起，從而減小機器的整體尺寸。近距離采用齒輪傳動，遠距離采用帶輪和鏈輪傳動。在機械結構方面，本文重點對托盒板機構和凸輪這兩個重要部件進行研究和設計，使用Matlab軟件分析設計凸輪輪廓形狀；，由于大部分執(zhí)行機構是間歇式的，所以在推板，熱封機構等均采用凸輪控制，從而設計一臺高效、低耗、低成本、高質量的小型自動商標紙裹包機，從而滿足市場對包裝設備的需求。

ABSTRACT
