摘 要
隨著中央不斷推進現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè),農(nóng)作物的機械化也在不斷的發(fā)展,其中主要表現(xiàn)在農(nóng)業(yè)秸稈打捆技術的不斷創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。目前國內(nèi)外在秸稈撿拾打捆機部分投入的人力,財力,都是相當可觀的。打捆機中引針架機構與打結器機構和活塞止動部件以及撿拾機構的相互配合,使得打捆機能順利的,效率的,完整的完成工作,其中引針架機構及活塞止動機構是秸稈撿拾打捆機的主要部件,它決定了機械化打捆的的質(zhì)量和效率問題。本論文從中小方捆打捆機開發(fā)的技術難點出發(fā),運用機構學理論,對機構的工作過程和失效狀況進行分析。
本文利用桿機構的運動特性,根據(jù)引針架及活塞止動機構的功能要求,對機構的工作過程進行嚴密的分析,建立了其運動模型,對其進行機構參數(shù)優(yōu)化和運動仿真。最后,按照優(yōu)化參數(shù)的結果,利用Auto CAD設計完成了引針架及活塞制動機構的機械裝配圖和零件圖。

Abstract
Along with government advances the modern agriculture constantly, Crops has been the development of mechanization,Mainly in the agricultural straw bale technology innovation and development. At home and abroad to pick up in the straw bale machine parts into the human and financial resources, are considerable. In this paper, the motion characteristics of bar mechanism, in accordance with primers aircraft and piston-pin body stop the functional requirements, work on the process of rigorous analysis, the motion model parameters to optimize their organizations and Motion Simulation. Finally, in accordance with the results of optimization parameters, the use of Auto CAD design is completed the primer and the piston pin plane mechanical brake assembly drawing bodies and parts diagram.
