摘 要
刮板輸送機是礦山運輸機械的重要組成部分。刮板輸送機的設計制造涵蓋了運動轉換、動力傳輸、變速機構、鑄鍛件結構設計等機械設計與制造工藝內(nèi)容。經(jīng)過分析,選擇刮板輸送機作為我們的畢業(yè)設計選題,能夠比較全面的運用所學習知識和技能,綜合應用機械設計的分析計算、結構選擇、繪圖技能和機械制造基礎知識,對我們的所學知識進行概括總結,對我們的綜合應用知識能力進行一次強化訓練并獲得提升,都是有益的。
本設計以煤礦實際運輸條件為依據(jù),以訓練提高綜合設計能力為目的,在設計中盡可能采用新的設計思想和設計方法,選擇更加合理的結構和技術參數(shù),力爭提高刮板輸送機質(zhì)量,降低生產(chǎn)成本,在充分吸收學習現(xiàn)有的刮板輸送機設計經(jīng)驗的基礎上,參考有關設計資料,查閱《機械設計手冊》等工具書,按照機械工程設計程序、方法和技術規(guī)范進行設計。
主設計主要研究問題有:礦用刮板輸送機的型式與性能比較、礦用刮板礦輸送機的整體選型、減速器的設計等,設計出具有實際應用要求的產(chǎn)品。通過這次設計,鍛煉了自己調(diào)研分析、加工與整理、運用工具手冊的能力,初步掌握了機械工程設計程序、方法和技術規(guī)范,提高工程設計計算、理論分析、圖表繪制、技術文件編寫的能力。
