闡述了沖孔、落料復合模、壓彎模具的結構設計及工作原理。通過工藝分析,在沖壓材料厚度較薄的小型彎曲件時,采用沖孔、落料、彎曲復合模比采用連續(xù)或級進模簡單。通過沖裁力、頂件力、卸料力等計算,確定模具類型。該模具采用后側導柱模架結構形式。廢料從凸凹模和下底座中所開的槽中排出。本模具性能可靠,運行平穩(wěn),能夠適應大批量生產要求,提高了產品質量和生產效率,降低勞動強度和生產成本。
