508 28馬力輪式拖拉機最終傳動及驅(qū)動軸設(shè)計（有cad圖+文獻翻譯）,508,28馬力輪式拖拉機最終傳動及驅(qū)動軸設(shè)計（有cad圖+文獻翻譯）,28,馬力,輪式拖拉機,最終傳動,驅(qū)動,設(shè)計,cad,文獻,翻譯 28馬力輪式拖拉機最終傳動及驅(qū)動軸設(shè)計 摘 要 拖拉機是與各種作業(yè)機械配套的自走式動力機械，是農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的主要機械。在農(nóng)業(yè)中，他主要用以牽引和驅(qū)動多種類農(nóng)機具完成各項田間作業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)運輸。農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟日新月異鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展，城鄉(xiāng)交流不斷擴大，道路運輸量急劇增加，所以運輸車輛出現(xiàn)缺口。近年來，隨著拖拉機走入田間的不斷深入，從作業(yè)種類上由耕，耙，播擴大到收獲，中耕，栽植，噴霧，打捆等多個方面，與農(nóng)機具配套作業(yè)。農(nóng)用拖拉機正適合了其農(nóng)村的這種使用條件：工作環(huán)境比較惡劣，農(nóng)村道路相對復(fù)雜，速度不高。在中國現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)模式下，廣大農(nóng)民需要的還是中小型拖拉機，國內(nèi)市場對該檔產(chǎn)品的需求量在不斷增長。另外和國外拖拉機生產(chǎn)廠家相比我國生產(chǎn)的拖拉機經(jīng)濟實惠，價格只有國外同類產(chǎn)品的一半甚至更少，因此，中小馬力拖拉機社會銷量和保有量很大，傳動系布置多種多樣。 最終傳動是傳動系的重要組成部分之一，它的功用是進一步增加傳動系的傳動比，從而使拖拉機獲得所需的驅(qū)動力。 我這次設(shè)計的是輪式28馬力拖拉機的最終傳動，我采用的是外置外嚙合直齒圓柱齒輪式最終傳動，軸采用了矩形花鍵軸。采用這種最終傳動設(shè)計方案，可以達到設(shè)計任務(wù)要求，并可保證拖拉機在工作中具有足夠的動力輸出。 關(guān)鍵詞：傳動比，外嚙合，圓柱齒輪，花鍵軸 DESIGN OF FINAL DRIVE AND DRIVE SHAFT OF 28 HP TRACTOR ABSTRACT Tractor with a variety of echanical operations supporting dynamic self-propelled machinery, agricultural mechanization is the main machinery. My current design are 28 horsepower wheeled tractors the final drive, I used the external Gear-final drive.
