摘 要: 鋼環(huán)分離錐錐輪無級(jí)變速器是機(jī)械摩擦式的一種變速器，它以鋼環(huán)為中間原件，以
改變主、從動(dòng)錐輪的工作半徑來實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)變速。它能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)稱變速而且無需再設(shè)加壓裝
，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，時(shí)常將這種變速器應(yīng)用在傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的高速級(jí)。
首先查找變速器相關(guān)資料，了解其傳動(dòng)原理及設(shè)計(jì)要求和計(jì)算公式，選擇材料。通
過已知給定參數(shù)先求出變速器主要零件鋼環(huán)和主從錐輪的相關(guān)尺寸，再根據(jù)已算出的數(shù)
據(jù)和配合關(guān)系選定其主要配合原件軸承型號(hào)，然后確定錐輪各段長度和大小。再進(jìn)行
軸的設(shè)計(jì)，通過公式選取軸的最少直徑，再結(jié)合與錐輪配合關(guān)系確定軸的各段長度及
選取鍵和軸鍵等相關(guān)尺寸，根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)選取有關(guān)尺寸的配合公差，選取設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)速操作
機(jī)構(gòu)，再由已知的零件尺寸和配合關(guān)系，根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)確定箱體和端蓋的基本尺寸，
其后對(duì)軸和鋼環(huán)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度校核，以確定尺寸是否滿足要求。最后由算出的數(shù)據(jù)用CAD
進(jìn)行繪圖。

Handing Manipulator Control System
Abstract: The steel loop separation cone pulley variator is the mechanical friction type variator's one form. It takes the middle part by the steel loop, the affiliation changes the host, the driven cone pulley's working radius to realize the stepless change, rotates the handwheel, through the gear, the rack and the tension bar causes the transportable awl crop rotation end motion, changes the host, the driven cone pulley and the steel loop working radius, thus realizes the speed change. Moreover, its structure is simple, the manufacture is convenient. It mainly uses in the metal-cutting machine tool, the textile machinery and so on high speed machine.
