壓機(jī)室罩的 沖 壓 工 藝 與 模 具 設(shè) 計摘 要:本設(shè)計題目為壓機(jī)室罩的設(shè)計,通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計者沖孔-落料模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。本設(shè)計運(yùn)用沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,首先分析了板材的性能要求,為選取模具的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備;然后計算沖壓件的總沖壓力,便于選取壓力機(jī)噸位及確定壓力機(jī)型號;最后分析了沖壓件的特征,便于確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計要點及卸件裝置。本設(shè)計采用了沖孔—落料工序成形室 罩 。廢料通過凸凹模從壓力機(jī)工作臺孔中漏出,工件由上面的凹模帶上后由推件裝置推出,再由壓力機(jī)上附加的接件裝置接走,條料由下模的卸料裝置脫出。這樣操作方便,而且安全,還能保證有較高生產(chǎn)效率。本設(shè)計主要討論了模具設(shè)計和加工工藝,包括材料的選擇和最后校驗等,對提高模具質(zhì)量有一定參考價值。關(guān)鍵詞:沖壓工藝;模具設(shè)計;調(diào)整檢驗Press room covers stamping mould design Abstract:This design topic the design which covers for the press room, through to this components mold design, further strengthened the elementary knowledge which the designer punch holes - cut die designs, for designed a more complex mold to complete the upholstery and to absorb a more profound experience.Through the foundation knowledge, firstly, the Components and the performance of thr part is analyzed to choose the type of the Plates. Secondly, the Stamping of the total-pressure is counted to choose the Pressure machines and to detemine the Press Model. Lastly the character of the part is analyzed to determine the mould design parameter and design point and choose the ejection assembly.This design used the punch holes - to fall the material working procedure forming box cover. The waste through the hole in the table from the press leak, the workpiece from the above die by pushing into pieces after the device launched by the press on additional access was picked up pieces of equipment, materials from the Under module of the discharge devices emerge . This is easy to operate, and security, but also guarantee a higher production efficiency.This design describes the engineering of the processing technology of the mould for chwain theel ,including election of material and adjustment.It is of great significance to improve theguality of the mould.Keywords: stemping technology;engineering of mould;examination and adjustment
