黑龍江工程學院本科生畢業(yè)設計 I 摘 要 汽車自救裝置包括汽車自救絞盤機，主要用于越野汽車、農用汽車、ATV運動 車、游艇、以及其它特殊車輛。是車輛、船只的自我保護及牽引裝置，可在雪地、 沼澤、沙漠、海灘、泥濘山路等惡劣環(huán)境中進行車輛自救，并可能在其它條件下， 進行清障、拖拉物品、安裝設施等作業(yè)，是軍警、石油、水文、環(huán)保、林業(yè)、交 通、公安、邊防、消防及其它野外運動不可缺少的安全裝置。 本次設計主要包括對汽車自救裝置驅動電動機的選擇；聯(lián)軸器的選擇；行星 齒輪減速器的設計，計算和校核；卷筒的設計，計算和校核；離合器的選擇，鋼 絲繩的設計，計算和校核。通過比較不同方案和方法選取最佳方案進行設計，對 現(xiàn)有傳統(tǒng)的汽車自救裝置的結構進行改進和完善。 關鍵詞：電動機；聯(lián)軸器；行星齒輪減速器；卷筒；離合器；鋼絲繩；校核 黑龍江工程學院本科生畢業(yè)設計 II ABSTRACT Auto save device including cars, mainly for the rescue winch machine off-road vehicles, agricultural cars, ATV sports cars, boats, and other special vehicles.
