摘 要
該項(xiàng)目主要是遠(yuǎn)程遙控裝置設(shè)計(jì),機(jī)群散射網(wǎng)中藍(lán)牙無(wú)線分布式通信、遠(yuǎn)程無(wú)線上網(wǎng)等的應(yīng)用。
對(duì)工程機(jī)械工況參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析、處理,可實(shí)時(shí)控制施工進(jìn)度,提高施工質(zhì)量,加強(qiáng)作業(yè)管理。對(duì)工程機(jī)械進(jìn)行有效的監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷,不但可使工程機(jī)械正常高效地運(yùn)行,且使得設(shè)備在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),能夠快速、準(zhǔn)確、可靠地確定故障原因和排除故障。
該課題研究采用藍(lán)牙技術(shù)進(jìn)行無(wú)線通信,利用藍(lán)牙芯片可對(duì)各傳感器采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行無(wú)電纜可靠傳輸,使工程機(jī)械檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)與外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)的連接不受通信線路及地區(qū)限制,使用更方便、更安全。設(shè)備無(wú)需布線便可安裝于現(xiàn)有環(huán)境,減少系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)費(fèi)用。

ABSTRACT
The project research bluetooth technology in engineering machinery monitoring and fault diagnosis of wireless data sensing technology, scattering nets in fleet bluetooth wireless distributed communication, remote wireless Internet application, etc.
Mechanical parameters of working in engineering analysis, processing, can real-time control construction schedule and improve the construction quality and strengthen operation management. For engineering machinery for effective monitoring and fault diagnosis, not only can make the normal and high efficiency in the operation of engineering machinery, equipment and make in the malfunction, can rapid, accurate, and reliable to determine the cause of the problem and remove the faults.
This subject research using bluetooth technology for wireless communication, the use of the sensors can be bluetooth chip of the data collected no cable reliable transmission, the engineering machinery detection system and external network connection from communication lines and the area limits, use more convenient, safer. Equipment and can be installed in without wiring existing environment, reduce system maintenance.
