摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)手柄座的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)特點(diǎn),綜述了制造技術(shù)及其裝備的主要問題,重點(diǎn)分析介紹工藝流程、工藝基準(zhǔn)的關(guān)鍵作用,變形對(duì)加工精度的影響,檢測(cè)技術(shù)配套及手柄座的工作環(huán)境和受力情況等關(guān)鍵問題的設(shè)計(jì)說明。
及其手柄座的機(jī)加工工藝流程和在加工過程中的專用夾具設(shè)計(jì)。通過設(shè)計(jì)使我們更進(jìn)一步熟悉了產(chǎn)品加工設(shè)計(jì)的全過程，在制定加工方案的時(shí)候，充分考慮其經(jīng)濟(jì)性和可行性。
