摘要
雙梁橋式起重機(jī)械是一種循環(huán),間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)的機(jī)械,它是由兩根箱形主梁和兩根橫向端梁構(gòu)成的雙梁橋架,在橋架上運(yùn)行起重小車(chē),可起吊和水平搬運(yùn)各類(lèi)物件,它適用于機(jī)械加工和裝配車(chē)間、倉(cāng)庫(kù)和料場(chǎng)等場(chǎng)合。
本設(shè)計(jì)采用許用應(yīng)力法以及計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)橋式起重機(jī)橋架金屬結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)了符合經(jīng)濟(jì)梁要求的橋架結(jié)構(gòu),并校核了起重機(jī)橋架在危險(xiǎn)截面處的強(qiáng)度和剛度等力學(xué)性能參數(shù)。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,橋架采用正軌箱形主梁、箱形端梁的雙梁結(jié)構(gòu)。橋架剛性好,制作方便??紤]到起重機(jī)整機(jī)和各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)零部件的合理布置,通過(guò)計(jì)算多組數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)選擇最優(yōu)結(jié)果。達(dá)到了起重機(jī)各機(jī)構(gòu)布置緊湊性和合理性的目的,從而優(yōu)化了起重機(jī)整機(jī)的性能。
本設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)反復(fù)斟酌各種設(shè)計(jì)方案, 認(rèn)真討論, 不斷反復(fù)校核, 力求設(shè)計(jì)合理;通過(guò)采取計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)方法以及參考前人的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn), 力求有所創(chuàng)新;通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)方法, 繪圖和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算都充分發(fā)揮計(jì)算機(jī)的強(qiáng)大輔助功能, 力求設(shè)計(jì)高效。所設(shè)計(jì)的起重機(jī)整體安全、可靠。

Abstract
Pairs of beam bridge hoist tool instrument a circulation, intermittence machinery of sport, it is a pairs of beam bridge formed by two case shaped bright beam bridge and two horizontal end pairs of beam bridge .Operate the jack-up car and can get up ,hang and carry all kinds of things with the level .It is suitable for all the occasions, such as machining and assembly shop ,warehouse and material.
The project designs metal framework of bridge crane in use of allowable stress method and CAD. The structure of the bridge was designed to achieve the requirement of economical efficiency, and also intensity and stiffness was checked to make sure its safety. The double beam bridge structure includes the Crane Girder and the end carriage. This kind of structure has better stiffness and manufacturability. Considering the disposal of crane and different parts, the author calculated through multiple data to select the optimal results. Finally, the goal of better crane performance and rationality and compactedness of all parts of crane was achieved.
The author considered various design projects, discussed earnestly, calculated time after time, try hard for a reasonable design;via CAD and make reference advanced experiences, try hard for a innovatory design;via CAD, ploting and calculation can make good use of powerfull computer, try hard for a high efficiency design. I knew the various of design methods, newest machine design methods both here and abroad also found various of good data.In one words, the safety and reliability of this Crane can be confirmed.
