軸碗沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:本課題是對軸碗落料拉深沖孔翻孔復(fù)合模模具設(shè)計(jì),其中分別對模具的工作零部件等六大類零部件作詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容包括沖裁件的工藝分析及工藝方案的確定、工藝計(jì)算、沖裁模具的設(shè)計(jì)、模具的安裝與調(diào)整等。
在工藝計(jì)算部分要對排樣設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算、沖壓力的計(jì)算、模具壓力中心的確定、凸凹模尺寸并確定制造公差的計(jì)算與計(jì)算等內(nèi)容詳細(xì)計(jì)算。
在沖裁模的設(shè)計(jì)部分要對工作零件、定位零件、卸料與頂件零件、導(dǎo)向零件連接與固定零件等結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析設(shè)計(jì)。要在設(shè)計(jì)過程中了解模具的工作過程和注意標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的選用,對復(fù)合沖裁模的結(jié)構(gòu)有進(jìn)一步的了解。
模具的安裝與調(diào)試部分要注意導(dǎo)柱模具與無導(dǎo)柱模具的安裝方法及順序,通過模具的安裝,了解模具的組成及各部分零部件的作用等。注意模具安裝過后的試沖過程中常見的缺陷與解決方法等。
通過這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)要對復(fù)合模具有更進(jìn)一步的了解,在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要注意模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、模具使用方便、模具壽命高等問題。并且要提高生產(chǎn)效率,保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。
