摘 要
此設(shè)計(jì)題目為一個(gè)線圈骨架，此塑件在技術(shù)要求方面要求不高，所以模具設(shè)計(jì)的精度也不需要太高。通過對(duì)不同設(shè)計(jì)方案的對(duì)比，最終確定設(shè)計(jì)方案為：
（1）分型面選在零件高度為5mm的地方；（2）模具設(shè)計(jì)為一模兩腔式的制件布局；（3）模具采用了斜導(dǎo)柱側(cè)抽機(jī)構(gòu)。
由于設(shè)計(jì)的能力有限，設(shè)計(jì)過程中還存有許多不足之處，但經(jīng)過精確的計(jì)算和校核，此套模具能夠加工所需的合格制件，再加上制件的精度要求不是很高，所以此模具可以投入生產(chǎn)使用。
