汽車是人類創(chuàng)造的精美機器,它改變了和正在改變著我們的世界。目前,全世界汽車保有量己經(jīng)超過七億輛。入世以來,我國汽車工業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出了飛速發(fā)展的勢頭,汽車工業(yè)在我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的地位越來越來突出,己經(jīng)成為了我國的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)??萍际峭苿由鐣l(fā)展的第一生產(chǎn)力,要加快我國汽車工業(yè)發(fā)展的步伐,進(jìn)一步縮短與發(fā)達(dá)國家行業(yè)間的差距,首當(dāng)其沖就是要加大科技的投入,提高企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力。

由于傳統(tǒng)的膜片彈簧離合器在使用過程中不可避免會產(chǎn)生磨損,這一現(xiàn)象會導(dǎo)致實際壓緊力增大,因而分離離合器的分離力也相應(yīng)增大,使離合器踏板力增加。
拉式膜片彈簧離合器取消了中間支承各零件,并不用支承環(huán)或只用一個支承環(huán),使其結(jié)構(gòu)更簡單、緊湊,零件數(shù)目更少,質(zhì)量更少;拉式膜片彈簧是中部與壓盤相壓在同樣壓盤尺寸的條件下可采用直徑較大的膜片彈簧,提高了壓緊力與傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩的能力,且并不增大踏板力,在傳遞相同的轉(zhuǎn)矩時,可采用尺寸較小的結(jié)構(gòu);在接合或分離狀態(tài)下,離合器蓋的變形量小,剛度大,分離效率更高;拉式的杠桿比大于推式的杠桿比,且中間支承減少了摩擦損失,傳動效率較高,踏板操縱更輕便,無論在接合狀態(tài)或分離狀態(tài),拉式結(jié)構(gòu)的膜片彈簧大端與離合器蓋支承始終保持接觸,在支承環(huán)磨損后不會形成間隙而增大踏板自由行程,不會產(chǎn)生沖擊和哭聲;使用壽命更長。
