摘 要
煤炭行業(yè)是我國的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著高新技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)的快速發(fā)展,煤炭的產(chǎn)量逐年增加。輔助運輸對于煤礦的發(fā)展尤為重要,成為制約煤炭行業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素。落后、低效、安全隱患大、復(fù)雜的傳統(tǒng)輔助運輸方式已不能滿足煤礦開采技術(shù)的發(fā)展需求。近年來,很多新型煤礦井下輔助運輸設(shè)備相繼問世,與傳統(tǒng)的輔助運輸設(shè)備相比,這些設(shè)備在技術(shù)特性、運輸效率和安全性能等方面都有了顯著提高和改善。
作為新型輔助運輸設(shè)備,單軌吊克服了傳統(tǒng)輔助運輸設(shè)備的諸多缺點,具有安全、高效、靈活、適應(yīng)能力強等優(yōu)點,正在被越來越多的煤礦企業(yè)所采用,成為煤礦井下輔助運輸?shù)氖紫冗\輸工具。
氣動單軌吊以壓縮空氣為動力,具有靈活、操作簡單、安裝簡單、高效、安全等優(yōu)點。本文設(shè)計了一種適用于大傾角、短距離運輸?shù)臍鈩訂诬壍?,主要對氣動單軌吊的傳動系統(tǒng)、制動系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)進行了設(shè)計。傳動系統(tǒng)采用三級減速方式,設(shè)計了一種反向平行雙輸出減速器。制動系統(tǒng)采用鉗式制動的形式。控制系統(tǒng)主要對控制回路及控制閥進行詳細設(shè)計。

ABSTRACT
The coal industry is the mainstay industry in our country. With the rapid development of advanced technology and modern production, the coal production is increased year by year. Mining auxiliary transport, which plays a particularly important part in the development of mines, meanwhile restricts the development of mines .Traditional auxiliary transport, which is backward, low-efficient, complicated and with high security risk, has been unable to meet the development demand of coal mining technology. In recent years, many new coal mine auxiliary transportation equipments have appeared one by one. Compared with traditional auxiliary transport, these equipments are enhanced and improved greatly in technical characteristics, efficiency, safety performance and many other aspects.
As a new auxiliary transport equipment, mining trolleys have overcome many shortcomings of traditional auxiliary transport equipments, which are safe, efficient, flexible and adaptable. Given the advantages mentioned above, mining trolleys are being increasingly used in coal mining enterprises, becoming the first choice of mining auxiliary transport equipments.
Mining pneumatic trolleys are powered by compressed air, with the advantages of flexibility, easy-operating, easy-installing, high-efficacy, safety and so on. This paper presents a mining pneumatic trolley for large angle of short distance transport. The design study mainly includes transmission system design, braking system design and control system design. In the transmission system, three deceleration mode is adopted, including a reverse-parallel-dual-output reducer. In the breaking system, the form of braking-caliper is designed. When designing the control system, the paper focuses on the control loop design and the detailed design of the control valve.
