2019-2020年四年級(jí)英語下冊(cè) Module3 unit2教案 外研版 Content: Module 3 Unit 2 On Monday I’ll go swimming. Function: Talk about the plan of seven days in a week. Teaching points: 1.Words and phrases: homework, help, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 2. Sentences: On Monday I’ll go swimming. Will you play football on Monday? Yes, I will.../No, I won’t. Teaching properties: tape recorder, cards, pictures Teaching procedures: 1.Warming up Write the numbers1-7on the board. Write the words Monday to Sunday under the numbers. Have them predict the meaning of the words, Monday, Tuesday and so on. Point to the words and say them. Have the students repeat them. Now tell the students that you are going to say a day and they have to use an ordinal number and say which day is it. 2. Now point ,ask and answer Have the students suggest activities that they do and write a list on the board .e.g. play football, ride a bike, go swimming, read a book, watch TV, go to the cinema, go to school, walk in the park, play with a friend, do homework. Then draw the following calendar on the board: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Have the students copy the calendar in their exercise book .They should write activities on the calendar. Then have the students work in pairs and tell one another what they will do on the seven day of the week. e.g.S1: On Monday I will watch TV. S2: I will do my homework on Monday. 3. Listen and say ,then sing and clap Before singing the song Have the students look the picture and say what type of song this is. Have the children say the names of any clapping songs or games they know. Then act. While singing the song Play the tape and let the student listen to the melody. Then play the spoken version of the song and have the students repeat the line. Divide the students into seven groups. Asking each group a day of the week respectively. Have the students in each group write their day on a piece of paper. What are they, do you know, children? b. Play the recording: Look and say. Students listen and follow in their books. c. Play the recording again. Students listen and repeat. d. Play a game: Look for my friend 2. Introduce: cloudy, sunny, rainy, windy a. Point to the picture that shows the clouds. Ask: What can you see? To elicit: I can see some clouds. Introduce: cloudy. b. Introduce: rainy, windy and sunny in a similar way. c. Ask and answer according to the pictures What’s the weather like? It’s sunny(windy, cloudy, rainy, dry, wet, hot, cold) d. Work in pairs 3. Listen to the tape, then answer the questions. What’s the weather like in_____(January…November, December)? Ask and answer T~P P~P 4. Work in pairs 5. Act Step Four: Consolidation 1. Divide students into groups of twelve. They are going to make a calendar. Give each group a sheet of drawing paper. Allocate a different month to each group. 2. Ask the students to draw a small picture for each month to represent the weather for that month.. 3. Describe the weather 4. Make a dialogue 5. Act the dialogue Step Five: Home work 1.
