Material balance and energy balance have been completed.New materials and facilities have been chosen according to the technology. On the basis of rules in GMP, we have designed reasonable workshop disposition for manufacturing equipment.Safety precautions in aspects of fire prevention, prevention of explosion, defense against gas have been decided. We work out possible handling methods to three wastes.On the basis of production periodicity, personnel quota, employees training e.t. have been definited.Propose specific requirements to workshops disposition, public institutions.We have estimated the investment.Process chart,workshops site plan and assemble and install scheme of the principal monosomic equipment have been drawn.KEY WORDS：Enramycin；material balance；equipment selection；energy balance；drawing
