摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)題目為接水盒成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì),體現(xiàn)了盒型塑料零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向,有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者注塑模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求,為選取澆口的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備;然后估算了塑件的體積,便于選取注塑機(jī)及確定型腔數(shù)量;最后分析了塑件的特征,確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推出裝置的選取。
本塑件形狀規(guī)則,壁厚均勻,該塑件兩側(cè)開有型孔,所以在脫模時(shí)必須考慮設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)在開模時(shí)隨著開模過程的進(jìn)行使側(cè)型芯從塑件中脫離。本副模具的設(shè)計(jì)中,在定模板上裝有斜導(dǎo)柱,在開模時(shí)頂斜導(dǎo)柱與側(cè)滑塊接觸,在開模的過程中,斜導(dǎo)柱與側(cè)滑塊發(fā)生相對(duì)移動(dòng),促使斜滑塊與塑件分離。這種機(jī)構(gòu)脫??煽?,設(shè)計(jì)方便且在模具中占用空間較小,非常適合在本副模具中使用。

Abstract
This design topic is the design of water box molding process and mold design, plastic parts box type reflects the requirement, content and direction of the design of a certain significance. Through the design of the die parts, to further strengthen the designers of injection mold design basic knowledge, for more complex design of injection mold has laid a good groundwork and the more profound lessons of experience.
The design of the use of plastic forming process and die design of the basic knowledge, the first analysis of the plastic parts composition and performance requirements, ready for the selection of the type of the gate; and estimated the plastic parts of the size, facilitate the selection of injection molding machine and determine the number of cavity; finally, analysis of the plastic parts, determine the characteristics of mold design parameters, design points and launch device selection.
The plastic pieces of regular shape, uniform wall thickness, the plastic parts arranged at both sides of the stylish hole, so while demoulding must consider the design of a side core pulling mechanism in the mold with the opening process for the side core detachment from the plastic parts. This pair of moulds design and in the fixed template is provided with oblique guide pillar, in the mold top slanted guide pillar and the side slider contact, in the process of opening, slanted guide pillar and the side slider moves relatively, prompting slanting slide and plastic separation. This kind of mechanism has the reliable and convenient design, it is very suitable to use in the mold.
