摘 要
在我國(guó)，隨著機(jī)械化采煤程度的提高，粉煤在原煤中所占的比例越來(lái)越大。粉煤比例的增加不僅降低了散煤的燃燒效率,而且嚴(yán)重地污染了環(huán)境。發(fā)展型煤是提高粉煤利用率和減少環(huán)境污染的重要途徑。
對(duì)輥成型機(jī)是應(yīng)用最廣泛的型煤成型設(shè)備。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有對(duì)輥成型機(jī)的發(fā)展，目前我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的對(duì)輥式多為低壓成型設(shè)備。由于成型壓力低,生產(chǎn)型煤所需的粘結(jié)劑用量大,致使型煤生產(chǎn)成本較高,這種狀況也影響了我國(guó)型煤工業(yè)的發(fā)展。
本設(shè)計(jì)中的對(duì)輥成型機(jī)，采用螺旋強(qiáng)制加料，提高成球強(qiáng)度；采用液壓加載，平衡成型反作用力，并且當(dāng)有尖硬物料進(jìn)入型輥間隙時(shí)，自動(dòng)退讓，能保證成型機(jī)安全運(yùn)行；采用安全聯(lián)軸器，提供平移退讓和過(guò)載保護(hù)，保證成型機(jī)安全運(yùn)行；在輥面設(shè)計(jì)中，采用八塊型板拼裝結(jié)構(gòu)，便于安裝和更換。

ABSTRACT
