摘 要
在汽車行駛中,轉(zhuǎn)向運動是最基本的運動。我們通過方向盤來操縱和控制汽車的行駛方向,從而實現(xiàn)自己的行駛意圖。在現(xiàn)代汽車上,轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)是必不可少的最基本的系統(tǒng)之一,它也是決定汽車主動安全性的關(guān)鍵總成,如何設計汽車的轉(zhuǎn)向特性,使汽車具有良好的操縱性能,始終是各汽車廠家和科研機構(gòu)的重要課題。特別是在車輛高速化、駕駛?cè)藛T非職業(yè)化、車流密集化的今天,針對更多不同的駕駛?cè)巳?,汽車的操縱性設計顯得尤為重要。
本文主要介紹汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系的組成和作用,并且采用相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行設計機械式轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的設計,考慮各種機械轉(zhuǎn)向器的利弊進行分析和計算設計相應的轉(zhuǎn)向操縱和轉(zhuǎn)向傳動機構(gòu)。
首先,根據(jù)給定車型確定主要參數(shù)并確定轉(zhuǎn)向器形式及類型;其次,進行轉(zhuǎn)向系的總體設計;再次,進行轉(zhuǎn)向器的結(jié)構(gòu)設計并根據(jù)使用要求進行校核;最后,針對設計的轉(zhuǎn)向器確定轉(zhuǎn)向操縱機構(gòu)及轉(zhuǎn)向傳動機構(gòu)的選擇及設計。
