摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)于卷圓機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。卷圓機(jī)是將各種型材卷制成圓環(huán)的一種高質(zhì)量、高效益的卷 圓裝置。主要對(duì)卷圓機(jī)的傳動(dòng)系 統(tǒng)、上下 輥輪、壓下裝置以及卷圓機(jī)的總體進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。 卷圓機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)型式為三輥對(duì)稱式,在 該結(jié)構(gòu)中上輥下壓提供壓力,兩下 輥?zhàn)鲂D(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),為卷制板 材提供扭矩。該機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作簡(jiǎn)便、壽命長(zhǎng)、噪聲小、一機(jī)多用、質(zhì)優(yōu)價(jià)廉等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是工廠實(shí) 現(xiàn)機(jī)械化生產(chǎn)的配套設(shè)備,該設(shè)備 的上市可以大大減輕工人的 勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高企 業(yè)生產(chǎn)效益。 關(guān)鍵詞:卷圓機(jī);輥輪;傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng);壓下裝置;卷制 ABSTRACT This design is about flange machine.
