摘 要
近年來(lái)，隨著農(nóng)業(yè)科技的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高，國(guó)內(nèi)外水果品種越來(lái)越多，人們對(duì)水果品質(zhì)有了更高的要求。為了提高水果種類分選的質(zhì)量和出品的種類，需要進(jìn)行對(duì)水果的分選。本文分析了研究和發(fā)展國(guó)內(nèi)外的中國(guó)水果分選機(jī)，展望未來(lái)，我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了一種新的水果杯水果分選機(jī)構(gòu)類型，該水果分選機(jī)果杯是由一個(gè)果杯，和僅盛放水果的果盤(pán)不同，它由一個(gè)步進(jìn)電機(jī)以及一個(gè)步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器和果杯構(gòu)成。采用的是步進(jìn)電機(jī)提供動(dòng)力，由單片機(jī)檢測(cè)信號(hào)并發(fā)送給步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器來(lái)控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，從而達(dá)到分選水果的目的。其機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作方便，易于維護(hù)，提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，降低生產(chǎn)成本，加快果實(shí)機(jī)械化的步伐，為大型水果實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的前提

Abstract
In recent years,?with the development of?agricultural science and technologyand?the improvement of people's living standard,?more and more?domestic and foreign?varieties of fruit,?people have higher requirements?on the?quality of fruits.?In order to?improve the quality of?fruit?species?species?sorting?and produced,?the need for?separation?of fruit.?This paper?analyzed the?research and?development at home and abroad?Chinese?fruit?sorting?machine,?looking to the future,?we designed a new?type?of fruit?cup of fruit?sorting mechanism,the?fruit sorting?machine?fruit cup?is composed of a?fruit cup,?different?and?onlycontaining the fruit?compote,?it consists of a?step motor and?a?step?motor drive and?fruit?cup.?Using the?stepping?motor to provide power,?sent by the?SCMdetects the signal and?to the stepper motor driver?to control the stepper?motor,so as to achieve?the purpose of?sorting?fruit.?It?has the advantages of simple structure,?convenient operation,?easy maintenance,?improve production efficiency,?reduce labor intensity,?reduce production costs,?speed up the?pace of?fruit?mechanization,?is the premise?to realize modernization?of large?fruit.
