3噸柴油動力貨車設(shè)計(總體設(shè)計)
摘 要
隨著國內(nèi)輕型載貨汽車市場迅速發(fā)展,輕型載貨汽車是載貨汽車發(fā)展的一個重要方向。載貨汽車市場競爭的加劇,車輛開發(fā)過程中對性能控制工作的需求越來越強烈。
根據(jù)本次設(shè)計的車型和技術(shù)參數(shù)要求及現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平,為降低生產(chǎn)成本,使該車具有良好的燃油經(jīng)濟性,操縱性和結(jié)構(gòu)簡單的特點;后橋、轉(zhuǎn)向器、傳動軸、差速器和制動器等部件的選擇和布置參照了BJ1041輕型載貨汽車的相應(yīng)部件選擇和布置設(shè)計。文中還對汽車進行了主要部件的運動校核和性能預(yù)測,包括轉(zhuǎn)向輪跳動、傳動軸跳動、轉(zhuǎn)向拉桿與懸架導向機構(gòu)的運動協(xié)調(diào)校核,以及汽車的動力性、燃油經(jīng)濟性、機動性、操縱穩(wěn)定性、通過性、制動性和平順性等的預(yù)測。
一輛汽車性能的優(yōu)劣不僅取決于組成汽車的各部件的性能,而且在很大程度上取決于各部件的協(xié)調(diào)和配合,也取決于總體布置;總體設(shè)計水平的高低對汽車的使用性能和產(chǎn)品的生命力起決定性的影響。

ABSTRACT
Light-duty vehicle is an important tendency of truck development, tractor-semitrailer are playing an important role in long way transportation. Taking light-duty truck as the target, this dissertation presents contents and methods of a study on performance control at design stage.
According the design of the car and the ability of the manufacture technology at the present,in order to deciline the cost of the production anmake sure the car had a better quality and proper price ; The choices and arrangements of rear axle, steering gear, propeller shaft, differential and brake, etc is referred to the related parts on BJ1041 light truck. The movement corrections of key parts and the performance predictions of main components have been fulfilled including steering wheel hop, propeller hop and the mechanical motion correspondency between steering drag link and suspension guiding mechanism, so do the performances of driving, fuel economy, flexibility, steering stability, mobility over unprepared terrain, braking and riding comfort.
A car performance depends not only on the merits of the various components of car, but also to a large extent depend on various parts of coordination and mate ,also depends on the overall layout;The high or low levels of design play a decisive impact on vehicle performance and the use of the vitality of products .
