3噸柴油動力貨車設(shè)計(車架、制動系設(shè)計)
摘 要
設(shè)計任務(wù)是:3噸柴油動力貨車車架與制動系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)本次設(shè)計的任務(wù)分別對各種類型的車架、制動器進行結(jié)構(gòu)型式分析,確定設(shè)計方案。
車架設(shè)計部分:采用邊梁式前后等寬車架,由于車架的作用是增加車身的強度和剛度,以承受彎曲和扭曲載荷。本部設(shè)計的重點是其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,重點對其縱橫梁的布置,確定其尺寸參數(shù),給出了強度計算方法并作精確的校核計算,對車架應(yīng)力作了分析,驗證了車架強度和剛度。
制動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計部分:通過制動器的各個主要部件的受力分析及制動力的大小和車輪尺寸確定制動蹄片的大小及制動輪缸的直徑;制動器均采用鼓式制動器: 前制動器是雙領(lǐng)蹄式制動器,后制動器是領(lǐng)從蹄式制動器,其驅(qū)動機構(gòu)采用雙回路結(jié)構(gòu);駐車制動采用手動駐車,其驅(qū)動機構(gòu)是機械式驅(qū)動機構(gòu)。通過理論的推倒計算,并根據(jù)總體參數(shù)和制動器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),對該車的制動性能等做細致的分析。

ABSTRACT
The tasks of design are: 3 ton diesel-powered lorry frame and braking system design. According to the design of the respective tasks of all types of frame, brake structural pattern analysis, design.
Frame design: using side rail type frame which is the same length between front and after, the frame is the role of the body to increase strength and rigidity, and to withstand bending and twisting load. Braking System design: Brake through each of the major components of the braking force and Analysis of the size and dimension of the wheel brake pads and round brake cylinder diameter size; The vehicle brake brakes forms is the former floating caliper brake, the brakes after leading from the foot brake, drive double-loop structure; Parking brake manually in the car, drive a mechanical drive. Through theoretical to the implementation, according to the overall parameters and structural parameters brake, of the car's braking performance so meticulous analysis.
