附件4 Design of Small Corn Thresher
Abstract：With the continuous increase of maize production in China, maize threshing has become a practical problem in front of people. Artificial threshing is too slow, time-consuming, and needs a lot of people, which is very inconvenient. The emergence of maize thresher has solved this problem. This design is a full-feeding axial-flow corn thresher. The whole machine has four important parts: feeding hopper, threshing, air separation, frame and so on. The threshing part is composed of nail-tooth drum and concave plate. There is a flow bucket under the concave plate and a fan and a chaff outlet in the air separation part. This paper first designs the overall scheme, and then carries out detailed design and strength check for each component. The designed thresher saves manpower effectively, and is also favored by farmers in the countryside.
