保持架沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：本文開(kāi)頭講述了沖壓模具的概念以及沖壓模具制造技術(shù)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與今后沖壓模具的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。在正文部分著重講述了保持架的模具設(shè)計(jì)。由于，此模具有兩人共同完成。而我完成翻邊，沖孔后兩道工序。故設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容大致包括：零件的工藝分析以及方案的對(duì)比與選擇，翻邊的概述和常見(jiàn)形式，模具工作零件的計(jì)算和模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式的選擇，壓力機(jī)的選用等。并在設(shè)計(jì)中充分利用CAD軟件繪制了所有零件的零件圖和裝配圖。以便直觀的體現(xiàn)模具的結(jié)構(gòu)。
