摘 要
隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人口的急劇增長(zhǎng),土地越來(lái)越稀缺,可是科學(xué)在進(jìn)步,科技在發(fā)展,隨著城市的進(jìn)步,車(chē)輛的增多,交通越來(lái)越不便,當(dāng)車(chē)成為人類(lèi)主要的代步工具后,停車(chē)問(wèn)題也日益嚴(yán)重,如果按照以前的做法,一個(gè)車(chē)停一個(gè)位置,那樣對(duì)于土地的利用是不是很浪費(fèi),所以,關(guān)于設(shè)計(jì)立體車(chē)庫(kù)提上日程。
立體車(chē)庫(kù)設(shè)備是為了專(zhuān)門(mén)的實(shí)現(xiàn)各種車(chē)輛自動(dòng)停放倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)設(shè)備。機(jī)械式立體停車(chē)庫(kù)可充分的利用土地資源,發(fā)揮空間的優(yōu)勢(shì),最大限度的停放大量車(chē)輛,已經(jīng)成為解決城市靜態(tài)交通問(wèn)題重要途徑。本課題以較典型的液壓升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)為研究對(duì)象,綜合的考慮立體車(chē)庫(kù)制造成本和運(yùn)行效率的雙重因素。而液壓系統(tǒng)與傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)相比,由于具有更精確,重量輕、體積小、運(yùn)動(dòng)慣性小、反應(yīng)速度快、工作平穩(wěn)、操縱控制方便、可實(shí)現(xiàn)大范圍無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速、可自動(dòng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)載保護(hù)、當(dāng)采用電液聯(lián)合控制后,不但可實(shí)現(xiàn)更高程度的自動(dòng)控制的過(guò)程,而且可以實(shí)現(xiàn)遙控等很多優(yōu)點(diǎn),成為立體車(chē)庫(kù)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的首要選擇,本設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容包括立體停車(chē)庫(kù)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)原理設(shè)計(jì),液壓系統(tǒng)微推送力確定等。通過(guò)電機(jī)鏈條實(shí)現(xiàn)載車(chē)平臺(tái)的平移升降,液壓缸實(shí)現(xiàn)載車(chē)平臺(tái)的微平移,實(shí)現(xiàn)車(chē)輛的存取過(guò)程。實(shí)現(xiàn)立體車(chē)庫(kù)占用空間少,存取方便的功能。
因?yàn)槠洫?dú)特的特點(diǎn),立體車(chē)庫(kù)被廣泛用于,酒店,醫(yī)院,商場(chǎng),機(jī)關(guān)單位和居民樓小區(qū)內(nèi)。液壓升降立體車(chē)庫(kù)的組成,大概可以分為三個(gè)部分:傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)部分,車(chē)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)部分,控制部分。傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)部分分為四個(gè)部分:升降部分,平移部分,載車(chē)版部分和伸縮部分。

Abstract
