摘 要
當今社會經濟迅速發(fā)展,國家對于鋼鐵的需求量也隨之增大,決定鋼鐵產量與成本的就是耐火制品。而鎂碳磚作為一種優(yōu)質的耐火材料,以其優(yōu)良的抗堿性渣侵蝕能力和良好的熱震穩(wěn)定性,被廣泛的應用于電爐、轉爐、精煉爐及鋼包內襯等重要的部位。本設計是年產35000噸轉爐用鎂碳磚MT-14B和MT-18C生產車間設計,以電熔鎂砂和鱗片石墨為主要原料,酚醛樹脂作為結合劑,金屬Al粉作為抗氧化劑。本設計介紹了鎂碳磚的發(fā)展歷史、分類組成、性能、損毀機理以及未來發(fā)展;詳細的敘述了所設計產品的工藝流程、設備選擇及工藝流程布置進行了闡述與論證;對各工段所需物料量和機械設備數量進行了物料平衡計算和設備選擇計算。本設計的主要特點是工藝流暢,布局合理,環(huán)境污染小,對廢磚坯體進行回收再利用降低成本,自動化程度高,安全保護措施完善等優(yōu)點。

Abstract
In today's rapid development of social economy, the demand for steel in our country is also increasing. Therefore, what determines steel production and cost are refractory products. However, magnesia carbon brick as a kind of high-quality refractory materials, with its excellent alkaline slag erosion resistance and good thermal shock resistance, is widely used in electric furnace, converter, refining furnace , ladle lining, and other important parts. This design is for yearly producing 35000 tons of converter magnesia carbon brick MT - 14 b and MT - 18 c production workshop design, fused magnesia and flake graphite as the main raw materials, phenolic resin as binder, metallic Al powder as antioxidants. This design introduces the development history, classification, composition, performance, damage mechanism and the future development of magnesia carbon brick. Then, it describes in detail the technological process of the product design and equipment selection, and it also expounds the process flow arrangement and argument. Moreover, for the quantity of the materials needed by stages and mechanical equipment, material balance calculation and equipment selection calculation are conducted. The main characteristics of this design are the process flow, reasonable layout and small environment pollution. In addition, its characteristics also include recycling and reuse of waste bricks body to reduce cost, a high degree of automation , improving the safety protection measures and so on.
