Abstract
This paper describes the research robot rotating joint drive technology process and in-depth study of the principles of RV transmission, structural features, etc., carefully studying RV drive design constraints, mastered the RV reducer design, complete RV-320E sports design, the overall structure of the program design (3D and 2D) and construction design, detailing the RV-320E series reducer design process, gives a reasonable design, marked complete construction design, specification, reasonable production technology; and RV-320E series reducer product parameters reverse design, analytic geometry factors affecting RV transmission backlash, analysis and calculation of the mechanical efficiency of the RV-320E series of six products, in-depth study of RV transmission cycloidal profile standard equation, modification methods, repair curve equation.
