摘 要
本設計包括三個部分:一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。
一般部分為張小樓煤礦1.2Mt/a新井設計。一般部分共包括10章:1.礦區(qū)概述及井田地質特征;2.井田境界和儲量;3.礦井工作制度及設計生產能力、服務年限;4.井田開拓;5.準備方式-帶區(qū)巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下運輸;8.礦井提升;9.礦井通風與安全技術;10.礦井基本技術經濟指標。
張小樓煤礦位于徐州市市西北銅山縣柳新鎮(zhèn)和劉集鎮(zhèn)境內,距徐州市區(qū)13km,交通便利。整個井田東西長約4.80km、南北寬約3.53km,井田面積16.94km2。。煤層平均傾角20度°,為緩傾斜煤層,埋藏淺,埋深平均215m,其中表土層為76m,設計所采煤層為7號煤,平均厚度2m、7號煤,平均厚度3.5m,.
工業(yè)儲量125Mt,可采儲量101Mt,服務年限64.74a。礦井涌水量不大,正常涌水量為16 m3/h,最大涌水量為30m3/h。礦井相對瓦斯涌出量為3.35 m3/t,屬低瓦斯礦井。礦井煤塵無爆炸危險性,切不易自燃。
礦井采用立井兩水平開拓。采煤方法為綜合機械化一次采全高開采。全礦采用膠帶運輸機運煤,輔助運輸采用礦車。礦井通風方式為中央并列式。礦井年工作日為330 d,日凈提升時間16h,工作制度為“三八制”。
專題部分題目是孤島工作面危險性分析。通過對孤島工作面上覆巖層運動規(guī)律和孤島工作面應力分布及能量分布的研究,分析出孤島工作面的危險性區(qū)域。
翻譯部分是一篇關于采空區(qū)瓦斯和瓦斯抽放鉆孔的論文,英文題目為Methane moving law with long gas extraction holes in goaf。

ABSTRACT
This design includes three parts: the general part, special subject part and translation part.
The general part is a new design of NO.1.2 of Zhangxiaolou mine. This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.Development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of mining area; 6.The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.
No.1.2 of Zhangxiaolou locates at the west of Xuzhou , 13 km away from the center of the town. And it has convenience transportations. The shape of minefield is like a rectangle which has a length of 4.8km in the east and west direction while a width of 3.53 km in the south and north direction on average. The total area is Approximately 16.94km2. The main coal seam in the mine are two, which are the 7# coal seam and the thickness is about 2.0 m ,and the 9# coal seam the thickness is about 3.5m . The average angle is 20 degree.
The proved reserves of the minefield are 125million tons. The recoverable reserves are 101 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 1.2million tons per year. The service life is 64.74 years. The normal flow of the mine is 16 m3 per hour and the max flow of the mine is 30 m3 per hour. The Relative gas discharge quantity is 3.35 m3 per ton. Thus it is Low gaseous mine. The coal dust of the mine has non-explosion hazard. But the coal seam is easily spontaneous combustion. The level of spontaneous combustion is low.
The development of the mine are two levels with a main inclined shaft. Several belt conveyers undertake the job of coal transport in the mine, while the auxiliary transportation system depends on the mine cars. The ventilation type is centralized juxtapose.
The working days in a year are 330. Everyday it takes 16 hours in lifting the coal. The working system in the mine is “three-eight”.
The title of the special subject part is “Island coal mining face risk analysis”. Through the study of island coal mining face of overlying strata movement ,and island coal mining face stress distribution and engergy distribution, analysis of risk area of island coal mining face.
The translated academic paper is aboutt the mathane moving in goaf and the long gas extraction holes. Its title is “Methane moving law with long gas extraction holes in goaf”.
