摘 要
21世紀(jì)的今天,社會經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)高速進(jìn)步,人們對生產(chǎn)效率的追求是越來越高,尤其是在中國這樣的制造大國。
在機(jī)械加工行業(yè) ,如果繼續(xù)沿用普通機(jī)床加工各類零件,不但生產(chǎn)效率低,勞動強(qiáng)度大,質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定,且很難實(shí)現(xiàn)大批量生產(chǎn)。目前主要采用自動或半自動生產(chǎn)流水線來解決這一系列的問題。軸向柱塞泵泵體是ZB40柱塞泵的關(guān)鍵零件之一。單件,小批量生產(chǎn)沿用普通機(jī)床加工,生產(chǎn)效率低,勞動強(qiáng)度大,質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定。想要達(dá)到年產(chǎn)量1萬臺/年,同時要提高生產(chǎn)率、降低勞動強(qiáng)度、保證生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量就必須得采用專門的生產(chǎn)流水線來實(shí)現(xiàn)。
本次設(shè)計(jì)主要采用液壓系統(tǒng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)流水線生產(chǎn)加工過程的部份自動化。我這次做的工作是車基準(zhǔn)機(jī)床及雙頭鏜床液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。從整個零件的加工過程來看,基準(zhǔn)的精確度直接影響著以后工序的加工過程精度,即在加工過和中基準(zhǔn)的精度得要非常的重視。本設(shè)計(jì)過程要鏜的孔在裝配中起著重要的作用,如果加工過程中鏜孔的精度不能達(dá)到精度要求,那么就可能出現(xiàn)不能裝配或是裝配后不能正常使用,即成為廢品。因此,因此在本次設(shè)計(jì)過程中,我采用液壓系統(tǒng)來解決普通機(jī)床加工的不足。

Abstract
In the 21st century, with the steady development of our socio-economy and rapid advance of scientific and technological, people pursuit of efficiency of production become more and more urgent, especially in China, which is a big manufacturing country.
In the mechanical processing industry, if we continue to use ordinary machine tool to process various components, it will results in low production efficiency, labor intensity and unsteady quality, which is very difficult to achieve mass production. At present, we mainly use the automatic or semi-automatic production lines to solve those issues. Axial piston pump Body Pump is ZB40 one of the key components. Single pieces and small batch production by using ordinary machine processing result in low productivity, labor intensity and quality instability. Try to achieve annual output of 10,000 units/ year, we should increase productivity, reduce labor intensity and assure quality in a new producing line.
This design focuses on hydraulic pipeline systems, which is used to achieve the production process of automation. My work on this design is to design the standard of lathing and the headed benchmark boring machine hydraulic system. From the entire parts of the machining process, the benchmark precision direct impact on the future operations of the processing accuracy, so the accuracy of the benchmarks needs to be very seriously. The design process should be boring holes in the assembly plays an important role. If processing Boring not achieve the accuracy and precision, it is possible that no assembly or assembly after normal use, that is to say the products will become as scrap. Therefore, in this design, I mainly use hydraulic system to solve those deficiencies of ordinary Machining.
