1. Present a picture of a dog first. Ask “Is it cute? Who’s its master? Then present a picture of a boy.
2. Present a picture of a villa. Ask “Whose house is this?” present Kobe.
3. Present a picture of some shoes.
5、Ask “Whose shoes are they?” present ladies’ pictures.
4. Present a picture of a bedroom. Ask “Whose bedroom is this?” present two boys’ picture.
5. Guide the students to work out the rule.
1. Guide the students to finish the exercises on page 35 on their own.

Divide the students into the groups of four. One is the detective and turn back. Others choose some things, such as ruler, eraser, book and so on. Then the detective asks: “Is this …’s?” One of them answers : “Yes, it’s …’s or No, it isn’t …’s. The detective has only twi

1. Present possessive using some objects in the classroom. Ask students: “Where’s my pen? There’s one on the desk. It isn’t my pen. It’s not mine. Whose pen is this?” students answer: “It’s …’s. “It’s his/ her pen. It’s his / hers.

3. Ask students to say the use of possessive.
4. Guide students to work out the rule and tell the differences between possessive adjectives and pronouns.
1. Guide students to look at the picture on page 36 and complete the exercise on their own.

3. Work in pairs to make up the dialogue to talk about own things, using the useful expressions on the screen.
1. Revise the contents of this lesson.
