摘 要
電梯是現(xiàn)代物質(zhì)文明的垂直運(yùn)輸工具，是機(jī)電一體化的復(fù)雜運(yùn)輸設(shè)備。它涉及電子技術(shù)，機(jī)械工程，電力電子技術(shù)，微機(jī)技術(shù)，電力拖動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和土建工程等多個(gè)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域。目前電梯的生產(chǎn)情況和使用數(shù)量已成為一個(gè)國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化程度的標(biāo)志之一。隨著現(xiàn)代化城市的高速發(fā)展，每天都有大量人流及物流需要輸送。為節(jié)約用地和適應(yīng)經(jīng)貿(mào)事業(yè)的發(fā)展，一幢幢高樓拔地而起，這些高層建筑的垂直運(yùn)輸是一個(gè)突出問(wèn)題，與人們的工作和生活緊密相關(guān)。本文主要講解了電梯的曳引機(jī)構(gòu)，其中對(duì)電機(jī)，減速器，制動(dòng)器，聯(lián)軸器的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。和曳引鋼絲繩材料的選取。最后對(duì)電梯的安全設(shè)置進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，包括安全鉗，限速器的設(shè)計(jì)。使模擬電梯貼近真實(shí)電梯便于教學(xué)，研究。使電梯達(dá)到理想的效果。

ABSTRACT
The lift is the vertical transport of modern material civilization, is a complex mechanical and electrical integration of transport equipment. It involves a number of scientific areas of electronic technology, mechanical engineering, power electronics technology, computer technology, electric drive system and civil works. The production and use of the number of elevator has become one of the hallmarks of a degree of modernization of the State. With the rapid development of the modern city, every day a large number of people and goods need transportation. Economical use of land and adapt to economic and trade development of the cause, the blocks of building where they stand, the vertical transport of these high-rise building is a prominent issue, closely related with people's work and life. This article explains the elevator traction institutions, including the design of the motor, reducer, brake, coupling calculation. Select the material and the traction rope. Finally, the security settings for the elevator design, including the design of the safety gear, overspeed governor. Simulated elevator close to the real elevator to facilitate teaching, research. Lift to achieve the desired results.
